RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage you to carefully review each listing, as every item includes detailed descriptions specific to the garment or accessory.

If you have any questions regarding an item, please contact us at support@blingringatelier.com prior to placing your order, as all sales are final once purchased.

Please note that e-gift cards are non-refundable.

All vintage and pre-loved may show natural signs of wear. These characteristics are part of each item’s history and uniqueness. Every piece offered by Bling Ring Atelier is carefully hand-selected and inspected to ensure quality and authenticity.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a 20% cancellation or restocking fee. If an order is refused upon delivery or returned to sender, the same fee will apply.

For international orders, refunds (where applicable) are processed using the exchange rate at the time of refund, not the rate at the time of purchase.

Orders may be subject to additional email confirmation. If we do not receive a response to a confirmation request, the order may be canceled and a 20% cancellation fee applied.

Bling Ring Atelier is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care of jewelry, clothing, shoes, or accessories.
