1990s Silk Peacock Print Mini Dress - As Seen On Fran Fine (The Nanny)

An ultra-rare dream! This is the exact brand, style, and print spotted on the undisputed queen of bold animal prints. The dress was see on her and the matching trench coat can also be spotted in the background of Fran’s room during the “Shopaholic” episode (S3, E6). To my knowledge, this is the first time this exact cut has appeared on the resale market since its original release. The designer produced three different silhouettes in this fabric, and all of them are exceptionally rare to come across today. A 90s statement piece for any Nanny fan, vintage collector, or maximalist wardrobe. The costume department did tailor the hem to be more body-hugging for that classic Fran Fine silhouette. This version has a slight flare at the bottom as originally designed, but any seamstress could easily take it in if desired.
