A funky, incredibly rare pair of late-’90s jeans worn by two women who completely altered the style and aesthetic of a generation and generations to come. These light teal/brown tie-dye corduroy jeans are the same brand and style seen on Britney Spears, but in an alternate colorway. Britney was spotted wearing the green/brown colorway on December 18, 2000, while out shopping and grabbing coffee. The same jeans were then seen on Ashley Olsen in 2001, when she wore them as Riley Lawrence in Winning London. Everything about them is peak turn-of-the-millennium style: low-rise, fitted through the hips, a subtle bootcut, and that unique tie-dye corduroy finish. They have that slightly weird, colorful quality that made late-’90s and early-2000s fashion so much fun.
